Who is Eligible
You may be entitled to a settlement payment if you worked for 1412 Broadway Rooftop LLC d/b/a Elsie Rooftop in New York between July 3, 2018 and November 13, 2025 as a Tipped Worker, including:
- Servers
- Bussers
- Runners
- Bartenders
- Barbacks
- Tipped workers in similar job positions with different titles
